Denis Zenkin was born on September 2, 1974. He graduated with distinction from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the International Economic Relations department and from the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy with a degree in math and economics. He holds a Ph.D. in economics in the field of marketing.
